Imported
American abstract artist John Grillo from Lawrence Massachusetts born 1917 and died in 2014. Went to the Hartford school of fine arts and work with Alexander Calder Hans Hoffman, mark Rothko and Diebenkorn. Studied at California Institute of the arts. Studied with Richard Diebenkorn and Hans Hoffman. Collections in the Museum of modern Art, Whitney and Metropolitan Museum of Art. Painting purchased from Robert Green fine Art, Mill, Valley, California circa 2005.
